New Computer – Update

According to John, the Senior Technical Supervisor at Dell Tech support, I am the first Vista customer to come up with the solution to a MAJOR bug/problem within this new operating system.

He said there will be an article in Wikipedia about the fix, and I will be credited with it.

I would have rather gotten a refund!

However, I did tell him that since they have my phone number, they can call me if they need any help with any other problems, and I will give them a deal on my $150.00 per hour rate.

I’m not holding my breath.

At least my new computer works now.

Yes, Mom, I’m that good with computers.
